We had a lovely listening audience at Reid’s Distillery on Wednesday May 1, for our “Gin & Jazz” event.
A big thank you to those of you who came out and brought friends to boot! It was a surprise to see some of you out there, and it looked like everyone had a great time. For the first time since the pandemic, we brought out some of the Latin tunes, some of our unique covers of classics, and our originals. Really nice to go into that repertoire, and this was just the audience for it.
So many times musicians play at venues where people are talking over the music, and it was cool to have the audience actually digging some of our more complex, less “crash-bang” selections.
We had a camera recording videos of some tunes from the night and I’m going to look to see if these are clean enough to post on Youtube.
